How do I upload a contract?
From your dashboard, click the 'Upload Contract' button. Select a PDF or DOCX file (max 10MB) and we'll analyze it automatically. Results typically appear in under 30 seconds.
What file formats are supported?
We currently support PDF and Microsoft Word (.docx) files. Legacy .doc files are not yet supported. Maximum file size is 10MB.
How accurate is the AI analysis?
Our AI is trained on thousands of contract clauses and achieves high accuracy on common risky patterns. However, it's designed as a screening tool—not a replacement for professional legal advice.
Can I delete my contracts?
Yes, you can delete any contract from your dashboard at any time. Deleted contracts are permanently removed from our systems within 24 hours.
How do I export a report?
Pro and Team plan users can export reports to PDF. Click the 'Export PDF' button on any analysis report to download a formatted document.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
Free plan users are limited to 5 analyses per month. Once you reach the limit, you can upgrade to Pro for 50 analyses per month or wait until next month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from the Settings page. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period, then revert to the free plan.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All contracts are encrypted at rest and in transit. We never share your data with third parties. See our Security page for more details.
