By accessing or using Tutelr ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Tutelr provides AI-powered contract analysis to help identify potentially risky clauses in contracts. The Service includes:

  • Contract upload and text extraction
  • Automated risk analysis using artificial intelligence
  • Risk reports with explanations and suggested alternatives
  • Export functionality for analysis reports

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

Free Plan

The free plan includes limited features and usage. We reserve the right to modify free plan limitations at any time.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. Contact support@tutelr.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that infringes on third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated systems to access the Service (except authorized APIs)
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the contracts you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service to you.

Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding your contracts), is owned by Tutelr and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY ANALYSIS. THE SERVICE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL LEGAL ADVICE.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Analysis results will be completely accurate
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • Any defects will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TUTELR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tutelr harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • We may delete your data according to our retention policy
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
